I guess there are a thousand question like this, but I couldn't quite get if I can do this myself or need an electrician.
I have a garage separated from the house that has it's own supply (a big armoured cable that comes from the house) that goes into a 10A RCBO (exactly this guy: GE DP100 Single Pole & Neutral RCBO C Curve 10A 30mA Type AC - https://www.ilecsys.co.uk/distribution-protection/ge/dp100/dp100c10-030-609706). After that the circuit goes to indoor sockets, lights and also goes Outside the garage through a wall to a light.
Can I continue that outside light circuit to add an outdoor socket? Or I need an electrician to do it?
I was planning on either just continue the circuit into a small conduit to 20 or 30 cm from the ground and then put the socket there. Or maybe remove the light put a box, install the same light right to it and then conduit from the box to the socket above ground level.
Thanks!
Seb
