Selv Bathroom Fan help?

Alright all!!

I have got a bathroom fan to replace.
The existing Fan is Selv. The fan is in Zone1 & fixed to Bathroom tiles, With pull cord on the fan.

There is just a Twin going to the fan.

I am replacing the fan with a "Greenwood AXS100SVIHT, Single speed SELV 100mm fan with humidistat/ timer and pull cord"

Has anyone ever fitted a fan of this spec. it was nothing i could find a wholesaler stocked and had to order it in.

Am i right in saying this is the type that has the Humidistat and pull cord inside the transformer?

I want to avoid any reason for me having to get a 3 core to the fan as there is a twin at the fan and tilled all round.

Is it just Live/Netural from transformer to fan, no SL needed?

The permanant feed is just for the run on timer.

So once the pull cord is pulled to switch the fan off, wheres the juice coming from to power the humidistat when it needs to run?

Am i missing something obvious? I'll bet i am.

It may be that the l-n supply is linked internally so that the humidistat has a permanent feed to it regardless of the pull cord switch position.

Are you not able to access an installation manual from the manufacturers website?

If you can, it should be in there as to what it requires.

Agree with Jason there also manufacturers have a technical helpline drop these an email or call.
