Solder Joints

A Little off the subject but maybe of interest, we still prefer soldering our ultra low voltage cables and heat sleeving but have had so many problems with reliability and flame problems with gas soldering irons. So now we have a baught a couple of small battery powered 200w inverter packs from Maplin around £39. With small portable mains power for 3 hours aprox and 18w mains soldering irons, we are made up to have sorted this problem out. Very useful little inverter.
