Staircase LED lighting

Evening all
I have a job to look at tomorrow evening
And the client has said they want staircase lighting (LED) as I have never installed these before I was just wondering how you lot have previously installed them and what manufacturer you use?
All pointers are gratefully appreciated.

£15 a meter i was quoted for the better quality ones from wholesaler, you just cut with scissors and you need drivers to power them.. depending on length.

which will work well if open stair case,and sit under edge of tread.....

or the ones in plasterboard for better light and can be as low as 1w with good light
