UK Static bonding of flour pipes

Looking for advice
if anybody’s got any knowledge on static electricity.
been asked to bond flour pipes at work
Do you take it back to the nearest panel or take it to a earth spike ?

Have these pipes been tested to see if they are extraneous conductive parts and require supplementary bonding?

Yes they have and there is some supplementary bonding

If the pipe work has been proven to bond them then do so, back to the nearest earthing point, be it in the CU or the MET

That doesn't matter, the need for bonding to prevent static electricity build up has already been identified.
Whether they are extraneous or not pipes carrying explosive dust such as flour need to be properly bonded to prevent sparks from static electricity causing explosions.
