Looking for advice
if anybody’s got any knowledge on static electricity.
been asked to bond flour pipes at work
Do you take it back to the nearest panel or take it to a earth spike ?

Have these pipes been tested to see if they are extraneous conductive parts and require supplementary bonding?

That doesn't matter, the need for bonding to prevent static electricity build up has already been identified.
Whether they are extraneous or not pipes carrying explosive dust such as flour need to be properly bonded to prevent sparks from static electricity causing explosions.
