If you have tested second hand equipment that is to be sold on after putting the stickers on who gets the certificate? Me, the seller, or the new owner?

Are you on about ISITEE testing?

Original certificate with the equipment and copies to everyone else.

Mostly second hand dealers, cash converters etc. Problem is, most dealers want one line per test with all kit shown on one test sheet. Surely sticker on appliance sufficient for the new owner as they are very unlikely to need record of safety tests

Then give them that, they own the equipment at the time of the test, you don't know whether it's actually going to be sold or not.

They're paying for the test, they're responsible for ensuring all second hand equipment is tested, not you.

As long as you have your own copy, you are O.K.
