Morning all

Just looking for some opinions on a situation we have for an installation. Essentially we have a three phase supply coming into a building that has been converted into three dwellings each with their own registered supply meter - one per phase.

So the question is whether (and I can't see why not) we can use a G83/2 tested three phase inverter and then install a separate generation meter for each phase. The customer has no plans to sell, however I guess there might be an issue if he did decided to do so and each dwelling went to a different buyer. They are flats so it could be covered under lease agreements as a common maintenance requirement (similar to a common roof).

I wasn't sure if there was some kind of issue so far as MCS was concerned.

Any thoughts very welcome.

Thanks Andrew

DNO won't like you combining the neutral and earthing arrangements on 3 meters, though I suppose if they're all bonded to the same earthing point / incomer then it's a bit of a moot point.
