Out of interest, did you use a template/pic to position the lights to represent stars, or just drill random holes?

I did a very basic version of that in a domestic bathroom, customer provided.

I spent over an hour marking up where she wanted them. Then fitted them. Then we moved some, then we moved them some more, then some more

I’ve done quite a few now..
Mainly in steam rooms, what I usually do is split the area up into segments and then randomly drill the same number of holes into each segment.,
Unless the client has a specific pattern such as a certain constellation then random is the best option.
A fiddle when you have an assistant, a challenge on your own..
I also push sleeping up through the holes so I can see them from above and then feed the fibres down
