Would you advise low smoke twin and earth and also would i need to change to merlin rcbos as there are original merlin mcbs in distribution board ??
I dont see any reason why you need to use LSF, but check with the designer.
You are putting in new circuits so unless they are 50mm from the surface etc etc then you need to install RCD protection.
17th edition.
Even if more than 50mm deep, you'd still require rcd/rcbo's as per 411.3.3 (i)

Pubs used to be wired in Pyro many years ago but as Jason said T & E is fine as long as it is properly protected, just a thought though, if any cable are in an area they may get bashed and knocked just have a thought for mechanical protection
