A guy I no brought a flat for his daughter to rent wanted the electrics testing all tested ok the board was a split phase hager 5 and 5 the sparkling told him he needed a new board dual rcd £325 later I told him he needn't have changed it he wasn't happy
 
Did a little job for a disabled guy recently he has two CU's one is a metalclad Wylex with a mixture of fuses and breakers the other a 17th edition Crabtree CU. He was told by another spark one of them needed replacing, guess which one he thought needed to be replaced
