the computer server room is protected by a gas suppression system
apart from CRAC units, should a ventilation fresh air and extract system be installed in the room

May depend on the type of room and size. If it is a broom cupboard, no. If it is a fair sized room, it should have an extraction and over pressure vent, especially if it has a void ceiling or glass. Your gas contractor would normally advise on that though.

Edit: to be fair, even if it is a broom cupboard, if it warrants gas protection and you are going to the trouble of integrity testing, you should have an extraction system to remove smoke and extinguishant once the fire brigade have turned up, so yes, it should make up part of any gas protected zone.
