Hi,
I've installed wet UFH in my place.

I'm struggling with how to wire it up. My gas man is coming to do some jobs and give me a hand starting the UFH for the first time, but I wanted to get a heads up before he comes round.

My UFH is set up with 3 zones.

Here is the back of my stats

This is my wiring centre, which came with no destructions

The X# obviously controls the heads on the manifold, but how do the stats connect to the centre?

Also, the NC, NO, N, L, N ?

Can anyone shed some light?

Many thanks!
Lee

Were you sold this whole system or did you just buy separate parts online OP?
The stats will work with the control center but they are completely overkill, each or those stats has a switching capicity of 16A but you are using them for a control circuit that draws minimal amapage. The entire system probably draws 2A.

They are not designed for a traditional wet system, these are stats for electric under floor heating.

You could probably still use them, they make contact when calling for heat like most regular thermostats. Kinda scuffed though, if you can return them and get some more traditional thermostats I would do that.

I'll also add that you will definitely need a back box of some sort to house that stat, maybe even a 35mm deep one. Normal thermostats don't need a back box because they don't house a 16A contact
