I have been searching for ages to try and find a Three-tube 1200*1200 mm recess modular luminaire so that I can find the Ib to complete a question can any one help ?

Maybe try looking for a 600 x 600

Lots of variations to the Ib of these as they could have either T5,T8 or even LED tubes fitted in them. Maybe worth contacting local wholesalers to find out the info you need or even the person who has set the question.

There must be a key on there with a guide to what every symbol represents.

The best way is to get the manufacturers data. I think C&G just like you to show that you understand that gear losses exist.
