I have a client who has asked me to connect up a cooker.

She has sent me a picture of the connection unit at the back and it appears the terminal is missing for number 2. I need this for the bridges otherwise the oven won’t work. She has the bridges already, see in picture

Would I have to go directly to the manufacturer (Hisense)

The only proper way is to get replacement from Hisense.
