Guys, which of you is engaged in programming? How did you come to this and what teaching aids did you use? I would like to hear advice from experienced people. I will be glad to feedback.

What type of programming?
I am a Siemens plc programmer

i did C++, pascal, and a bit of PLC when i was in uni 98-02.... but i cant get my head around what my 15 year old is being taught at high school these days

I got into Basic in spare time on shifts at work in the 90's and started my Son on it.
I can sort issues with Windows and usually on phones.
I'm retired and my Son lives and works in the U.S on a six figure salary for a large company.
Think he picked it all up and rolled with it better than me.🤪🤪

It's cool that it all worked out that way. Thanks for sharing.

If other, please explain
I am very interested in the subject of electricity and so on, but I don't know enough about it in practice yet.
I would like to find like-minded people and be able to ask questions that cannot be answered with a simple Google query.
