Why is my shower making this gurgling noise?

For a few months now, I can't help notice our 2 showers are making a gurgling noise when the shower head is held below the faucet. Can anyone shed some light on what's happening here and whether or not it's something I need to worry about? I've included a video to demonstrate the problem. Turn your volume up. Thanks.
