Wire cutters

Hi folks, I need to get my hands on some wire cutters (buy or hire). I've got to make off 2 ends off 400mm/sq 3c SWA next week. Any advice on price, brand etc

If this is a one off job then hacksaw would be the way for me, if you are a regular at said sizes then invest in some.

Battery grinder with metal blade will do both tasks
