Not nearly enough information but I assume that you can. Good luck
Not sure what additional information is needed. Thank you for the reply.
I was thinking about installing an inside 30 amp Inlet to be powered by a battery back up and leaving the outside 30 amp Inlet connected as well in case I want to use a gas powered generator.

But both inlets I guess would be wire to the same 30 amp breaker on the bypass panel since the bypass switch would be enabling this breaker to go live.

Any concern about the danger of doing this? I guess if both generators were used at the same time who would trip the breaker. Also not sure the breaker has room to handle two sets of incoming wires from each outlet.

It should be able to handle two 30 circuits. In reality both of them is not going to pull 30 amps. Splice them in the panel so you can have room to hook them up. Not sure of your lay out but your biggest danger is 2 different phases coming on at the same time on the same outlet.
