Working for house builders

My question is this. What is the going rate when pricing for national house builders. I have had reports of £500 and that inc materials labour and testing per house.
I have been asked to price for a new housing development in the north east Tyne and Wear

Was it a builder you got this information from by any chance??

Per day labour only, if you live down south!(my bold)

I've known folk do a basic terraced house re-wire for around £1500 all in. But I wouldn't even consider it.

How can any decent job be done by one man in that short space of time?
