Hi,
Hope you are all having a good Easter Bank holiday.
Saw this the other day and just wanted people's opinions/thoughts please. (I was there installing led floodlights to the front and rear gardens only).
6mm T&E coming from the C/U into and along the attached garage wall approx 8m run, clipped direct terminating into a galv adp box, protected by a 32A mcb and RCD.
2 x 2.5 mm swa cables (totalling 5mm csa?) joined to the T&E in the galv adp box and run underground to the outbuilding to a 2 way garage c/u supplying lights and sockets for a "man cave".
Armour not earthed at either end (had a quick look) but cpc's are.
Bad practise, acceptable or not? Just to help with my learning from more wiser and experienced peers.
Thanks,
D
