Uptake for all system sizes has been below all thresholds so there is no change from the November-January rates.

Anyone else is SE work on the weekends.
Have so many people who accept my quotes, then say you'll have to do it on a Saturday though. Do they just think its them who work Monday to Friday and actually have a weekend :bomb2:
Just found out today that we are missing out (for now) on a large PV project. They are very keen on proceeding but they also believe that the initial cost to install is likely to reduce even further and that, and this is the interesting thing, the next drops in FIT are not that significant so...
OFGEM have officially announced the FiT rates that will apply to new PV systems installed from 1st November 2012:

Hello all,
I've been offered a job as a Quality Supervisor here in London for a small firm I am subcontracting my services to. The role will obviously involve lots of testing, dealing with the NIC, part office based and partly on site. There will also be design work involved, depending on the...

Does anyone have any information on the proposed rates after Oct 31st? I can find tables up till then but not after - I know it depends on uptake of installs, but do we have suggested rates?
I've just been having a scout around at the competitions websites, and I'm starting to see why people might be pretty baffled by the current situation with FITs, system prices etc.
There are still websites out there with FIT payback calculations based on the 43.3p FIT rate, websites mentioning...
appologies as this is a slightly dumb question.
I hadn't paid much attention to FiT rates post mar3rd as we had no enquiries, however, tomorrow I have my first quote to do since feb (HEHAH!!!)

Assuming a home already has 4kWp of solar power installed on its roof, adding another, say, 1.5kWp wind turbine would not affect the original FITs from the solar, would it?
I am aware that this would require DNO prior...
I have been working on price for the last few years earning quite well, but may have a start on a job for day work. Just wondered what your ideas of an average day rate would be working in London so I can negotiate without tucking myself up! I have C&G 2360 parts 1 and 2, 2382, 2391, 2399...

Is there any requirement within the code of practice to have the current FIT rates rather than the old 41.3p rate? Seems there are some websites that still list the old rate giving an unrealistic comparison.
Now the new rate is "agreed" I would most bona fide companies would expect webpages to...

If an installation is 4kw on the dot, will it get a 21p FIT rate or does it do down to 16.8p? We are having a discussion about it in the office and have a difference of opinion - can any one settle it please?
