IF YOU ARE WORKING ON A COOKER CIRCUIT ON A OLD REWIREABLE CONSUMER UNIT,JUST MOVING THE 45AMP COOKER ISOLATOR SWITCH MAYBE HAVING TO EXTEND THE 6MM CABLE HAVE YOU NOW GOT TO MAKE SURE THAT CIRCUIT IS RCD PROTECTED WHEN FINISHED.

Put in a garage unit with rcd, thats what I did for my loft conversions,although the sockets didnt need to be on rcd's then (16th) stopped me having to mess about with the other circuits and change the board.
