2 way light switch wiring help

Trying to wire a 2 gang 2 way light switch and I have 2 cables, both cables have neutral(blue) and brown(live)? where do i put the cables on the switch. I can get one to work but when i copy the other cable to the other switch they dont turn on.

I doubt that black is a neutral. Does that switch actually turn a light on and where are you trying to connect the LED strip.
