2391 March Completed

Came out of the March 2012 exam liteally 30 minutes ago, anyone done it? How did you find it?

I was told 42 WORKING days, which drops us right into May before we find out

the wait is the worst i waited 13 weeks for written confirmation and 5 months for the certificate when i did mine june 2010

I chased my test centre and they chased C&G who said they would respond in 5 days. 6 days yesterday and got and email from test centre saying I had passed. I believe they get results from C&G via a web link they log into.

Lots of you guys passing. Did you honestly expect to pass, how much revision effort would you recommend and how difficult did you find the exam?

I am beginning my 2391 course on Monday and will will sit the exam after 4 weeks. Currently revising GN3. Have not had any problems so far in electrical exams, 2382, 2330 etc. Have been warned before every exam how tricky they are, and it has made me anxious, so I revised like crazy. I have not found any exam relatively difficult, but this one should be cause for concern guys?

May I ask what you would recommend I revise mostly? Any tips?

Brush up on GN3 and take some past papers to get a feel of question wording

Definatly past papers as some questions come up again or very similar. It all so gets you use to what they are asking. Make sure you know all your tests in the correct order. Good luck. Really enjoyed doing mine

Hi im new been following forum since doing my 2391 on 15th march, left exam thinking it was easy but over time lost confidence, i passed yeahhhh!!!

The exam does require work, attention and thought so to pass is a significant achievement, well done all.

Still waiting on results. Contacted college and they are saying they haven't been published for that college yet.

Id presume city and guilds would release all at the same time, what do i know though? Im just an electrician

Thats what I thought but the college says they go to different assessors so come out at different times

Finally found out my result today PASSED!! The c&g had lost our centres results, they had started an investigation and the centre had to show proof tht they were sent to the C&G. Anyway they finally found them after checking under the matteress or something lmao.

Well pleased ive been driving my misses daft with these exams, just need to do my practical exam!!

Got my certificate through the post today.
It's a bit crumpled but it says 'pass' on it which is the main thing
