In a domestic dwelling.
I am relatively new to testing and inspection.
I came across a radial...4mm cable 16amp Type B. The washing machine is used for this radial. But somewhere in the house!!!, the boiler is connected into this circuit... The boiler has a local fused spur with 3 amp fuse.
My question is, what do i put on the sheet as the main circuit is the radial but also the boiler is another circuit joined on??

List it as a radial, conductor size the smallest on the circuit (likely 1.5 or 2.5 from spur?). I would also note on cert specifics. It's no different to fused spurs being present on a ring or radial socket circuit.

I take your point Leesparkykent thats why its confusing... My main concerns is what goes on the test sheet that i send to Napit. Kingeri The note you mention, what exactly should this say?...(my first time sending the sheets in so a bit nervous)

The schedule should have the csa of the cable which originates from the board, 4.0 with circuit designation noting both points.

I think the answer is sweet fa
Why would Napit want to have your test results

2 copies of your certificate, including schedule of test results... 1 to the person who ordered the work and 1 for your records. Napit may want to see certs. on your annual assessment, but you don't send them in. all you do is notify the job, usually on line, to Napit within 30 days of completion.

Nothing on the paperwork as such. Would be worth noting on the circuit schedule at the DB that the boiler is fed from this circuit for future reference.

I suspect the OP is using Napit's on-line certification, which when finishing the document is 'sent' to their on-line storage. Which nobody looks at, apart from you, your maker and of course your customer.
