please help!!!!
Im wiring a accenta 8 alarm panel but using a texecom siren/strobe outside, but Im stuck on wiring them together.

Anyone got a clue coz im clueless, only some of the time that is!

ive not got the instructions for this one just the accenta instructions. but pretty sure you can connect them together.
 
pic 1 is the wrong one.
 
double check the voltages the alarm says something about 13v on it while the siren takes 12v.

fire should go to bell, 0 to 0 and 13v should go to 12v
 
Fire to bell? Are you sure about that?
Would it not be more sensible to connect the bell to the bell connections (not pictured) and whatever fire alarm/button they have to the fire connection?

And I. The second pic the battery red appears to be connected to a non connected terminal (N/C)
 
correct in as the 1st pic does not show the right connections for bell. think the battery lead is in a "park" position. move to + when ready to power up.
 
photo 1 is a picture of the communicator outputs and not the bell outputs

if you look at the pic the terminals are Line Fault, 13v, 0v, Fire, Personal attack, intruder, Alarm set, alarm abort, alarm confirm....standard communicator outputs...not much used for a bell box...lol
