Discuss Any brackets to hold large floodlight to telegraph pole? in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

I did a similar job a few weeks ago with x3 400w MH fittings on a 2m length of unistrut. It was on a wooden pole and I fixed it to the wood with some large coach screws. I then used two right angled brackets to support it further and stop it from twisting. I then bolted the lights to the strut, one directly through the middle of the bracket and then two braces which went from the bracket to the strut. It was pretty solid in the end.
