Backstabbing: electrician says all outlets in home should be replaced?

Yeah I'm not an electrician nor do I play one on TV, but I was wondering if this was probably an issue of pulling or inserting plug while vacuum was on.

It’s never a good idea to unplug anything under a load

I was looking at something on youtube about wiring outlets and they mentioned that using the back stabs to hook up outlets was not a good idea and so I googled to see if that was the consensus and came across this thread..
