Bets in on what code for Type A RCDs (I'm guessing C3 for now at worst, maybe C2 if fault protection by RCD), and AFDDs where they are mandated (likely C3 for now too I would expect)
 
You must mean type AC rcds? It should be C2 unless purely resistive loads present, but BPG4 have always been easy coders i think so most likely a C3 same with Arc Fault Detection Device in high risk residential building

I still think C3, as there would have to have at least 2 faults present for there to be danger: enough DC leakage to blind the RCD, and an earth fault. I'll bet codebreakers will have it as a C2 though.
