to be honest ur not gunna get a low fuel consumtion car with 600-900 if ur looking for womething cheap get urself a nissan micra 200 pound low insurance also would be a plus i guess

Thanks to all of you guys.I almost decided to buy Civic 6-th generation, 1,4 or 1,5 engine maximum with 90 BHP, low costs and cheap insurance.I hope so don't make any mistakes with this choice.
