Confused about JIB card

Hi

Just a random question, I received my JIB installation electricians card in march 2008 and for some reason its says I have I.E.E Wiring Regulations 17th edition in the qualifications bit............ I finished my college exams and Am2 about 6 months before this? Am I supposed to have 17th edition?, as far as im concerned I only studied to 16th and I dont own a 17th edition certificate either.

Anyone else had this problem or does anyone know why is would have 17th edition down?

It's obviously a mistake, send it back to them and ask if you can swap the 17th for 2391!
