Hi. I have had to cut a cable in order to feed it through a wall. Then I plan to reattach it once through. At the moment I am using a standard terminal block however it looks messy as it's bulky and I have to use electrical tape.

I was wondering if I could use one of these?

It's rated up to 32amps however the cable only outputs 1amp (see attached image) as issues with this?

So you have cut the lead of that power supply?
Those connectors are not suitable your best option is to solder and heat shrink wrap the joint.
