can someone help me answer this question?
describe the factors affecting the choice of wiring systems and cable? with reference to cables connected to bus bar operating at higher then normal recommended temperaturess for the cable.

cheers phil

The connection to the busbar should be lugged and the cable insulation should be removed by about 150mm before the Lug and replaced with heat resisting tape.

The last time I installed some the connection to the busbar was via tap off's - and bloody lots of them!

There maybe some new busbar system types these days.

cheers thats was the perfect answer, i asked my college teacher alan young and thats what he said, thanks for the reply:) got my home work done now:)
