Thanks for help

You say you have 'big experience', do you hold any electrical based qualies currently???
I had 2 certificate which first up to 1000 V( domestic ) and second From 10000 V

1 year electronic repair shop practice
2 year repair 3 phase generator, electromotor s and power grid supply practice
But this is the foreigner degree that is the problem. I spoke with the one person ( close connection to Siemens an BP) and they happy to take me from next day, if i will have British degree.
This is the problem where to start.

P.S.
In 5 years i make my firs radio. In 11 years my amplifier (in 13 years i did make some change and this is give me potent)
In 15 years (me and my friend make firs degree in electronics engineering (same as HNCor HND) then i move to do electrician degree (to much soldering)
