I installed a 32A Crabtree rcbo then came to testing it! It tripped fine but the readings were as follows >310mS @x1 and >50mS @x5, is the rcbo faulty.
All connection were fine.
The board was a split load with an RCD protected side, I tested this RCD and obtained satisfactory readings!!
I ordered a new RCBO, tried it at my home on a test rig, obtained satisfactory readings!!
Installed the new rcbo in the original board on the job and the same thing happened as the first rcbo......what the...help!
Have I blatantly missed something??
The rcbo,is I believe an AC type with the ac wave above the dc wave, does this mean anything??
