Hello all,

Can anyone recommend any literature to give to domestic customers to help explain the problems that can be encountered when upgrading consumer units/fuseboards? I'd like to give something to my customers in black and white in advance if they are not interested in paying for a pre-test. Trying to explain that an rcd will detect faults that the old breakers/fuses would not detect without baffling the customer can be quite difficult at times.

Thanks in advance for any links or pointers.

They should send you a pack, but if you have to wait for ages most local wholesalers stock them.
I normally tell the customer to check the website out and check the videos, of real life stories and why its so important to upgrade.
