Delta HMI write error in Biscuit Dropping Machine : showing com 3 station 3

Welcome to the forum.

I've no idea what the issue is, but the time and date are well out - has the equipment been powered off and lost some settings? Battery backup failed maybe?
 
Or even a cable damaged or unplugged after cleaning or maintenance
