One of the wholesalers is suggesting that the response to the consultation is so big that it's going to be impossible to come to any conclusion in time for the proposed cut leading to a "normal" cut in January for maybe a month. Don't know how true it is but it does seem logical.
 
OFGEM have a timetable that obliges them to publish the quarterly FiT rates for January, based on the current scheme, at the end of October. That's all that has happened.
