Firstly, this is not a name and shame thread, but a genuine query.
Bit of a long shot, but does anyone know an electrician by the name of Paul Weatherley? He trades under the name Weatherstone Electrical, and used to have a company called Solar X-Press (which now seems to be dissolved), from his base in Redhill. He works within the counties of Surrey, London and Kent. NICEIC confirm they still have him on record and he is registered to undertake domestic installations.
He did some work for us a couple of months back and failed to supply us with the relevant certificate. Since then he has not responded to any mobile or landline phone calls (number withheld or not), emails or text messages. We also owe him money for the work which makes his disappearance all the more bizarre.
