My wife has a electric heated airer, our dog chewed through the cable and I thought it would be no different from rewiring a plug. It's not.

I have a blue and white wire coming from the airer I to a switch, then 2 blue a white and a brown going to the plug.

Ideally I'd like to do away with the switch and have it always on when plugged in. I have a length of cord and a junction box. What do I wore to where please??

The Neutrals /blues look like they're joined together or the right of the switch so one would terminate to the incoming power neutral and one to the Heater by the looks of things and from the switch in your hand it looks like the Live enters the switch as a brown conductor and leaves as the white conductor or a conductor with a heat resistant sleeve? Does that make sense? Is the dog ok?

Have you a Meter of any description?
