Domestic 3 phase or Single

Eve pub members , would you if you had the opportunity do your own house in single or three phase , starting the build and organising the services I need , and there is no difference in cost for the single or three phase , bungalow , 3 bed , air source heat pump in single or three phase.

What would you do ...

If you're fitting stuff like heat pumps then three phase without question. However, when you say

there is no difference in cost for the single or three phase

there is, a big one for the ongoing bills.

depends on your long term plans.
If you intend having a workshop, and using certain equipment, then three phase it is, but as i say, its up to you.
