dual tarriff consumer unit query

Hi all just a quick one. I am trying to get hold of a 17th edition dual tariff cu, is there such a thing rather than two boards?. I can only find them with two main switches and don't really want the expense of rcbos. can I just change the main switches to rcds?. I know there are many ways but what is the best way/Least expense? Thanks

Buy a split load dual tariff unit (Crabtree Starbreaker do them) and you can probably then change the 2nd supply switch for an RCD if needed. To have each supply on it own overall RCD is not splitting the circuits to prevent inconvenience.
