No not really, I've had the manholes up too and it doesn't go towards any of them.

looks like a perforated land drain to drain surface water fron the garden it will run to a soakaway just had a quick google and it comes in green too!! personally only seen black and orange. it is also suposed to be surounded in shingle so the story fits.

Hey uks, I would attempt to tape up that hole ... it will help to silt up the 'French' or land drain quicker than it would otherwise clog!

I dug trenches and put miles of that stuff in at my first Saturday job on a horticultural nursery. It was white then though.
