Ecs trainee card.HELP

Hello everyone

I need some help for my ecs trainee stage 3 card
I have my level1,2 and 3 electrical installation and my 18 edition I’ve just came out of college but I can’t get work without the card but It says I need an employer or sponsor so what do I do?
