I have a rented flat in London (a long way from home) which needs an EICR. Approx 10 circuits, single floor. Anyone on here who could be in the area sometime in the next few weeks please?
Tenant present, or collect key from agent next door. In Greencoat Place, not far from Victoria Station.
All docs by email, payment by bank transfer immediately on completion.
