Hi everyone, I know that part P apply to dwellings and its associated building, and under that there are some electrical work that are notifiable.

But what about commercial premises eg restaurants, schools, pubs..
What electrical regulations applies to it, is there any alternative similar to part P. And are new installations notibale or do you need to be registered with any body to do electrical work in such premises.

B. Myriad of building regulations
C. no electrical notification of commercial works unless joined to a domestic dwelling
D. You don’t generally need to be registered unless the client specify that you are to registered to carry out the works
