Extractor fan with no external vent

Hi All

I need to install an extractor fan for a customer but can't Vent it outside due to it being a basement and a concrete reinforced floor.

This basement is a commercial building and getting very wet.

Ideally if I could find an extractor fan which changes the humidity to water so I can put it down the waste would be ideal!

We don't want to use a free standing dehumidifier but a small wall mounted one would be great which empties itself!

1st problem to overcome is, why is it damp and can the ingress of moisture be stopped, an extractor fan on it's won't do the trick, to lower the humidity the area needs to be air conditioned.

It's the main prep area and washing up area.
There's 1 walk in fridge and 1 walk in freezer down there as well.
There's also 1 toilet and general stores.

I need something which will solve the problem but cheap as well as this customer is on a budget same as all customers!

Trying to make a silk purse from a Sow's ear it won't work with an extractor fan on it's own, appreciate your problem, try explaining to your customer the basic science of air conditioning, a Chinese or Indian Restaurant is it?

Doesn't sound like water is coming into basement more it's the amount of people and work going on in the basement which would mean you have to stop people breathing and using water down in the basement,
