Have you programmed it by way of the usb port.
 
Have you programmed it using their software. What was the problem with the Twinflex panel you replaced.
Why haven't you connected the cpcs to the appropriate terminals.

It is replacement penal I do not how to programme ,I tried to follow its manual. but I cant get it right.

no I did not use software as I had couple of suggestion which recommended I do not need to use sofware

i have been suggested there is no need to use software.
Basically I do now how to program it.the old was faulty and it was showing EOL missing,I am not competent but I am an Elecrition trainee ,I thought there is no need to put cpcs in appropriate terminals as old one was in connector blocks so I did same.

CPCs should always be correctly connected, just because someone previously didn't and created a dangerous situation it does not mean that you should copy them.
 
I would suggest you contact a fire alarm company, hold your hands up and tell them you need help.
