My wife is planning to have a dog grooming business in a spare room in our house. It is 2.6m x 2.8m. It will have a dog bath in one corner with an electric shower fitted to the wall nearby. Much like this...

I know if I have a shower in this room that I cannot have any socket outlets due to the 3m outside of zone 0 limit.
I am trying to work out how to fit the air blower like in the photo above, much like this one
Before I go to my electrician, I am wondering if it is possible to have an appliance like this hard-wired and have it in the room? It looks like it will be in Zone 2 or I can have it fitted "outside of zones 0,1 or 2"... would It be ok with a specific IP rating?

check the IP rating of the blower first. if it's less than IP4X, I'd fit outside the zones and if necessary fit a longer blower hose. same IP rating applies to SFCU.

I would imagine that it would have to be permanently wired in and water proofed wiring / motor.
Or put the motor on the other side of the wall (away from the water) and run the air hose thru the wall, that may allow simpler fitting.
