Flourescent Fitting

hey,

got a 2x58W flouro fitting (tamlight euromod) and it has been suspended from the ceiling about 3ft using 2 screwed male hooks through the back of the fitting. The fitting itself has 4 BESA fixings on it and as these are not blanked off, or used I was wondering if they should be? The fitting is well out of reach of people but if they need to be blanked then whats the best option?

what size of grommets are we talking here cause your average ones defo wont fit?

personally, i've never seen em covered but if you want you could cut some plastic off a bit of scrap trunking and glue or self tapper it over the holes

so they are generally just let un-blanked?? Im guessing the fitting was supposed to be surface mounted and has been altered to be suspended as its a sloping roof. IP4X was coming to mind that was all.
